How to Make a Shuffleboard Table

1 sheet of 3/4-inch plywood (48" x 96")

12 feet of 1x4 pine
8 feet of 1x2 pine
1 quart of wood glue
1 box of 1 1/4-inch wood screws
1 box of 1 1/2-inch wood screws
Sandpaper

Step 1: Cut the plywood

First, you'll need to cut the plywood to size. The base of the table will be made from the 3/4-inch plywood, and the playing surface will be made from the 1/2-inch plywood. Cut the 3/4-inch plywood to 48" x 96", and cut the 1/2-inch plywood to 46" x 94".
